I know that I shouldn't complain since I have the good fortune to live in Southern California, one of the world's greatest vacation destinations, but contrary to popular belief, all that sunshine does have a downside. Dear Mr. Sun, please go away and give me a break. Just for a little while. You're making it super hot here. People in those hurricane prone areas need you. How about you go hang out with them for a little while!
We know what you mean. It has been about 99 and above the past week. We are "cooler" today because it might rain. And of course today is our play date so that might be a problem!
