If you will recall, my mom is from the South. And the south is all about minding your manners. (Why, oh why, did I have to be gotten by a Southern Woman?) If I have heard it one time I have heard it a thousand .... always include everybody, Duncan, always include everybody.
So imagine how hurt my feelings were when we went out for a hike and saw this sign.
Rude is all I can say.
No puppers allowed.
Who does that????
Duncan, this is simply atrocious! I hope you just went for the walk anyway, rules are there to be broken!
ReplyDeletePippa :)
OUTRAGEOUS and they have to say it twice? We agree with Pippa rules are there to be broken. Have a marvellous Monday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Without even a please or thank you or a plausible explanation?
ReplyDeleteTHAT is just INSANE... and RUDE and just plain SQUIRRELY if you ask US.
ReplyDeleteI hear ya on that Duncan, Rude with a capital R
ReplyDeletewe have one trail like that in our little town, no dogs they say, they don't want us chasin' down the deer ... well if I could chase down a deer with my short little legs, I would be a super puppper!! my brother is fast but he won't leave the mama. RUDE is the word ...
your friend, Scout
Hey Duncan, over here in Okie land, most people here don't think a sign applies to them, so do it Okie style and just go ahead!, the nerve of some peep to be so rude!
ReplyDeleteThe Mad Scots
Oh Duncan, 'My Park' doesn't allow doggies either!!!! Butts I go anyhu! And the park police said I could as long as I stay on the path...so I say..GO!!! Just play dumb if they catch ya...that's what Ma does...she's SO good at it
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Ruby ♥
Rude AND unforgivable. At least it doesn't have a scottie on the sign. Usually, we're the ones not allowed.
ReplyDeleteDat are rude!
ReplyDeleteCrikey ..... what's with that?? That's not only rude ...... it STINKS!!
ReplyDeleteNo Dogs Allowed signs are my BIGGEST pet peeve! Rude is putting it kindly. Don't the powers that be realize how important dogs are to us humans? They are part of the family, and they help us overweight humans get much needed exercise!! Humpf!
