Oh,dawg, puppers.  I have so much to be thankful for.  Mom says it is nice to have a day where we sit down and really think about it.  Sometimes it makes us realize how much we take for granted!

 

Thank you to my dad --- you have ALWAYS got my back.  Sometime you have my butt too, like that time when we went for too long of a walk in the park and you had to carry me all the way back to the car. 

 

Thank you to my mom -- even though you go away sometimes,  I know you are always coming back.  And thank you to the friends, even the puppers you cheat on me with, who call you away to visit them.  I can tell mom has a good time with you cuz she is always so smiley when she comes home from visiting you. 

 

Thank you to my friends and counselors at puppy camp.  Especially thank you for your patience -- sometimes my westie-tude gets the better of me.  I am working on it.  Promise!

 

Thank you to my family, including my special "aunts" -- you let me break the rules, which of course I looooooove, but you also always support my mom and that means the world to me.

 

Thank you to our loyal readers -- we love hearing that we make you laugh sometimes. I think I am hilarious, so it is nice to know that sometimes you agree!  We appreciate your follows, views, comments and emails.

What's a guy gotta do to get some rest around here?

You may recall that my preferred sleeping spot is anywhere on our near the tub.  In my opinion, as evidenced by the following photo, tubs are for sleeping and NOT FOR BATHING.  Bathing is overrated, but we've discussed my opinions on that already.

 

So, imagine my surprise when I went to put myself to bed early last night after a rather exhausting weekend and saw this:

 

 

My mom was using my bed for BATHING.  She filled the tub with water and got into it herself. 

This is wrong puppers, this is just WRONG.

 

And, when she got out there were bubbles and stuff left behind.

 

WHAT WAS SHE THINKING?????

 

After a long night of sleeping restlessly behind the toilet, I have decided that I will let it go for this time, but if I catch her again we are going to have a long, serious talk about respecting other people's property.

Well, the good news is that I did not really eat your present!  Wahooooo.  This one can't be blamed on moi!!!!!

The bad news is that my assistant (mom!!!!!) messed up on the order for the "just a little something" we were sending for your birthday, and it won't be there until one day next week.  Geesh.   I am so sorry for this little mishap that is totally and completely (ha!) my mom's fault.

Mom says it is not all bad ... at least we can guarantee that the celebrating will continue into next week :)

Happy BIrthday to my Pop

Happy Birthday, Pop.  Hope you have a day full of treats and lots of gift bags to rip up!  Mom and I made you something special but because of the holiday, it might be a day late getting to you.  Mom said I was "under her feet" the entire time we were working on it and that I was slowing down the process.  I don't have any idea what she was talking about ... I was just snoopervising!

Well. I know you were thinking my mom was slacking off again since I have not posted for a few days.  Butt, I have to say, she has actually been working harder than it appears.  We are signed up for the holiday card exchange, we signed up for the gift exchange, and, the old girl has actually started working on our Christmas Cards.  Despite the lack of posting, my assistant is actually doing right by me right now.

And, AND, we WENT TO THE BEACH!!!!!!

Halloween: I know you want to know ....

Yes, I did end up wearing my costume.  But, my girl Sophie sent it to me so that made it all better! Plus, you know, it was the perfect one for me, if I do say so myself.  Super Dog to the rescue!!!

Here I am with my friend spooky hanging out waiting for more trick-or-treaters.  Business was slow, so in the interim, he and I had a long talk and we made friends.  His days around here are numbered, so what the heck, right?

Super Dog takes Super Nap.  Somebody text me if anybody needs rescuing!
