Whew, just scraped by on NICE

I was NICE, puppers.  Woo hooooo!  It was a close one this year :)



Check out ALLLLLL of this gifties Angus (aka Gussie) sent me!!!  They are not even all pictured here because You Know Who put the treats up high so I could not eat them all.

My Mimi loves me!!!  She sent TONS of gifts for moi! 



My girl Sophie sent me a candy cane that LIGHTS UP, amongst other things!!!!

To say that I am blessed beyond belief would be an understatement.  Thank you, thank you efurybuddy for the cards and all of the goodies and good wishes and for keeping up with moi throughout the year. 

 

I am going to take a few days off to rest up and count my blessings. 

 

Life is good, puppers.  Life is good.

Snoopervising is very hard work!

What can I say?  Being in charge of packing (destruction) and shipping (sniffing)  around here this time of year is VERY hard work, puppers. Seriously, I should get some extra treats for being the “elf” in this operation, don’t you think??

I can't be expected to be "nice" under these circumstances!

Listen, Santa.  That is MY dad's desk and that is NOT MY HEAD resting on it.

I can NOT be expected to be nice when some other pupper  is making his moves on MY dad.

Right?  There are certain exceptions that will be made, right?  Because I am feeling kind of inhospitable about this situation.  Have I mentioned that MY dad has never actually taken me to his office, much less let me sit in his lap all day while he works?

Bah Humbug, and all of that stuff.

Unless, of course, there are no "naughty" exceptions for this kind of thing.  In which case, what a cute dog that is.  Yay for me for having the kind of dad who is so confident in his love for me that he can spend the whole day working with another dog and not even think twice about it ... and a Merry Christmas to all.

Listen, with a face this cute I am guessing it doesn't matter if you've been naughty or nice.

I mean, personally I am not willing to risk it or anything.  But, I do think that if you pose perfectly for your mom wearing a goofy scarf and look this good, you should get some sort of exception to your naughty deeds during that time of year when Santa was watching. 

It is only certain times of the year when he watches, right?  Please tell me that is right.  I mean, he missed that whole jumping overboard at the Westie Rescue event, right?  And, not that when you are cute like this it really matters, but he was cool with that whole dog park incident, right?

Well, dang.  Just putting it out here like this makes me a little worried.  Do you think it would help if I blew up this picture poster size and put it next to my stocking?Any ideas, puppers?  Because the more I think about it, I might be in real trouble with the big guy in red this year ...

Hi Mimi,

We got your gigantic box of presents and I just wanted to let you know that Mom let me open the one that said "OPEN EARLY."

She tried to take the box away from me after I grabbed it out of her hand, but I was too quick for her.  Sorry Santa, but I don't think it is naughty if it is your own gift that you are running away with, especially if it specifically says to open this one early.

Thank you for the very special "DUNCAN" ornament!!!!!  As you can see, Mom took it out of the box to hang it on the tree and I went back for the box after she set it down.

I guess you can say it was the gift that kept on giving!!!
