I don't want anybody to think we were not having any fun at all while you were not reading our blog we were unable to blog because of some impawtant family stuff we had going on. That picture right up there is a shot of me licking my chops after taste testing some treats at the recent picnic put on by our local Westie Rescue Group.
Look how many Westies were there!!! It was very confusing to keep up with myself and make sure I was who I thought I was while I was there because there were so many of me there.
Mom and I worked at the boutique ... I was not actually voted salespup of the year. We had awesome sales thanks to me, mom and some other nice volunteers that helped sell goodies to make some green papers to take care of the puppers in need.
Here mom is modeling the Westie Hat -- the boutique's biggest seller. I was MORTIFIED that she felt like she could strut around acting all cute like me a real Westie. Good Lord, next thing you know she is going to be wanting to go trick-or-treating with me while she is wearing that hat to see who can get more treats. Yikes.
At the end of the day, despite my mom totally embarrassing me, it was lots of fun. We raised money and I had tons of fun hanging with my buddies.
